The Core-Training Revolution

Logo AllCore360°

AllCore360° revolutionises core-training: effective, easy and suited for all.

Resist gravity. Redefine your limits.

How does it work?

AllCore360° leverages the force of gravity to train all core muscles in a no impact, balanced, and coordinated fashion.

Using isometric contractions to resist gravity, users engage and train over 50 core muscles in a systematic and sequential manner while performing a 360° plank.

Its adjustable intensity allows everyone, no matter their ability or athleticism, to benefit from an effective core training with just 10 minutes, 3 times per week — even in streeth clothes.

  • Proprioception (spatial body awareness)
  • Neuroplasticity
Scott Bertrand

The Origin of AllCore360°

AllCore360º was born from a simple but fundamental question: how can core training be made more efficient, accessible, and sustainable for a wide range of people?

Its inventor, Scott Bertrand, spent years experiencing how demanding and restrictive many traditional core-training approaches can be, especially for individuals returning to physical activity after periods of reduced movement. Drawing from this perspective, he became convinced that core strength should not depend on high impact, excessive load, or complex routines. This insight led to the development of a new approach: a motorized rotation system that uses gravity and controlled isometric engagement to challenge the core in a balanced, low-impact way.

What began as an exploration of smarter movement evolved into AllCore360º, a system designed to enable consistent, repeatable core training while minimizing unnecessary stress on the body. Today, it is used by athletes, training professionals, and performance-focused facilities as part of broader training and exercise programs.
